ກອງປະຊຸມສຳມະນາວິຊາການກ່ຽວກັບການຄົ້ນຄວ້າ, ການສອນທາງດ້ານກະສິກຳ ແລະສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມທີ່ຕິດພັນກັບ ການປ່ຽນແປງຂອງໂລກ
ໃນລະຫວ່າງ ວັນທີ 28-29 ພຶດສະພາ 2019 ທີ່ຜ່ານມາ, ທີ່ສະໂມສອນພາກວິຊາການປະມົງ ຂອງຄະນະກະເສດ (ວິທະຍາເຂດດົງໂດກ) ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ, ສູນຄວາມເປັນເລີດດ້ານສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ຮ່ວມກັບ ຄະນະກະເສດ ແລະ ສະຖາບັນຄົ້ນຄວ້າເພື່ອການພັດທະນາສາກົນ (Institute de recherche pour le développement, IRD) ໄດ້ຮ່ວມກັນຈັດກອງປະຊຸມສຳມະນາວິຊາການກ່ຽວກັບການຄົ້ນຄວ້າ, ການສອນທາງດ້ານກະສິກຳ ແລະສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ທີ່ຕິດພັນກັບການປ່ຽນແປງຂອງໂລກ “Workshop on Agricultural and Environmental Research and Teaching in context of Global Change” ພາຍໃຕ້ການສະໜັບສະໜູນ ໂດຍສະຖາບັນ IRD ແຫ່ງປະເທດຝຣັ່ງ. ໂດຍການເປັນປະທານຂອງທ່ານ ຮສ. ສົມພັນ ປ່າຊູວາງ ຮອງຄະນະບໍດີ ຄະນະກະເສດສາດ, ມີທ່ານ ປອ. ສິດທິໄຊ ໄຊຍະວົງ ວ່າການຫົວໜ້າຫ້ອງການຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິທະຍາສາດ ແລະບໍລິການວິຊາການ, ທ່ານ ປອ. ສັນຕິ ກົງມະນີ ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການສູນຄວາມເລີດດ້ານສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ແລະທ່ານ ຄຣິສຕຽນ ຮາທ໌ແມນ (Christian Hartmann) ຈາກ IRD ພ້ອມດ້ວຍບັນດານັກຄົ້ນຄວ້າ ແລະພະນັກງານ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ຈາກຄະນະກະເສດ, ຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ, ຫ້ອງການການສຶກສາຫຼັງປະລິນຍາຕີ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ, ມີຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າຈາກກະຊວງກະສິກຳ ແລະປ່າໄມ້, ຄະນະອາຈານຈາກມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລຂອນແກ່ນ ແລະຜູ້ຊ່ຽວຊານຈາກກົມພັດທະນາ ແລະຄຸ້ມຄອງທີ່ດິນ ແຫ່ງຣາຊະອານາໄທ, ຄະນະຊ່ຽວຊານຈາກ IRD ແຫ່ງປະເທດຝຣັ່ງ ແລະຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າຈາກສະຖານເອກອັກຄະລັດຖະທູດ ປະເທດຝຣັ່ງປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ.
ຈຸດປະສົງຂອງກອງປະຊຸມເພື່ອສ້າງເປັນເວທີແລກປ່ຽນບົດຮຽນ, ການນຳສະເໜີບົດຄວາມ ແລະເປັນການປຶກສາຫາລືກ່ຽວກັບການຄົ້ນຄວ້າດ້ານກະສິກຳ, ແນວທາງຫຼັກສູດການຮຽນ-ການສອນ ທາງດ້ານກະສິກຳ ແລະສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ທັນກັບສະພາບການປ່ຽນແປງຂອງໂລກໃນປັດຈຸບັນອີກດ້ວຍ.
Workshop on Agricultural and Environmental Research and Teaching in the context of Global Change
During the last 28th to 29th May 2019 at the Fishery Department of Faculty of Agriculture (Dongdok campus) of National University of Laos, Center of Excellence in Environmenta (CoEE) in collaboration with Faculty of Agricultyre and Institute de recherche pour le développement (IRD) organized a Workshop on “Agricultural and Environmental Research and Teaching in the context of Global Change” supported by IRD of France. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Somphanh Pasouvang (Deputy Head of Agricultural Department), Dr. Sithixay Xayavong (Acting head of Research and Academic Service Office), Dr. Santi Kongmany (Director of CoEE) and Dr. Christian Hartmann (IRD). Attending the meeting, there were participants from researchers and lecturers of Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Post-graduate Office, Representatives of Ministry of Agriculture and Forest, Researchers and lecturers from Khon-Kean University of Thailand, research specialists from Land Development and Management of Thailand, research specialists from IRD of France, a Representative of France Embassy to Lao PDR. The objectives of the meeting are to (i) present current researches and teaching programmes of the participants; (ii) to present some concepts of functional ecology & experimental design in agro-ecology and environment researches, in order to make common basement for our discussions and activities; (iii) to debate on the future syllabus and common researches and teaching between the participants; (iv) to draft a common research project that aims to answer international/national calls of proposal in order to obtain funding to launch some common research/teaching projects supporting our objectives.
