ຄສບ ລົງພາກສະໜາມເຜີຍແຜ່ຄວາມຮູ້ກ່ຽວກັບການອອມເງິນໃນໂຄງການ “ສອນນ້ອງສ້າງອອມ ປີທີ III”

        ເພື່ອເປັນການເຜີຍແຜ່ຄວາມຮູ້ທາງດ້ານເງິນ ແລະເປັນການແນະນຳວິທີການອອມເງິນທີ່ຖືກຕ້ອງ ແລະເປັນການຖອດຖອນບົດຮຽນຈາກທິດສະດີສູ່ການປະຕິບັດຕົວຈິງຂອງນັກສຶກສາໃຫ້ມີຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈກ່ຽວກັບການວາງແຜນການເງິນ, ໃນວັນທີ 3 ກໍລະກົດ 2020 ນີ້, ຄະນະນໍາ, ພະນັກງານ, ຄູ-ອຈານ ແລະນັກສຶກສາ ປີທີ 2, 3 ແລະປີ ທີ 4 ພາກວິຊາ ການເງິນ-ການທະນາຄານ, ຄະນະເສດຖະສາດ ແລະບໍລິຫານທຸລະກິດ (ຄສບ) ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ຈໍານວນ 90 ຄົນ ນໍາໂດຍທ່ານ ຮສ.  ນາງ ແສງຈັນ ຈັນທະເສນ ຮອງຄະນະບໍດີ ຄສບ ໄດ້ລົງພາກສະໜາມເພື່ອສ້າງຄວາມຮູ້-ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈໃຫ້ແກ່ນ້ອງໆນັກຮຽນໃນໂຮງຮຽນ ມັດທະຍົມສົມບູນສີທ່ານາໄຊ ເມືອງປາກຊັນ ແຂວງບໍລິຄຳໄຊ ໃນໂຄງການ “ສອນນ້ອງສ້າງອອມ ປີທີ III” ເຊິ່ງໂຄງການດັ່ງກ່າວນີ້, ແມ່ນໄດ້ຮັບການສະໜັບໜູນຈາກເອກະຊົນຫຼາຍພາກສ່ວນ.

      ທ່ານ ຮສ.  ນາງ ແສງຈັນ ຈັນທະເສນ ໄດ້ກ່າວເຖິງຈຸດປະສົງຂອງການໂຄງການວ່າ: “ໂຄງການສອນນ້ອງສ້າງອອມ” ແມ່ນດຳເນີນມາຮອດຄັ້ງທີ III ແລ້ວ, ກ່ອນການລິເລີ່ມໂຄງການດັ່ງກ່າວ ເບື້ອງຕົ້ນແມ່ນພະນັກງານ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ຈາກພາກວິຊາ ການເງິນ-ການທະນາຄານ ຄສບ ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໃນການແລກປ່ຽນບົດຮຽນທາງດ້ານທິດສະດີ ຮ່ວມກັບຫຼາຍສະຖາບັນ, ຫົວໜ່ວຍທຸລະກິດ, ທະນາຄານຕ່າງໆທັງພາຍໃນ ແລະຕ່າງປະເທດ ບວກກັບຜົນສໍາເລັດໃນການເຮັດບົດຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິໄຈ ຂອງພະນັກງານ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ຂອງພາກວິຊາການເງິນ-ການທະນາຄານ ເຫັນວ່າມີຜົນດີ ຈຶ່ງໄດ້ມີການຈັດຕັ້ງ ດໍາເນີນໂຄງການດັ່ງກ່າວນີ້ຂຶ້ນ; ທ່ານໃຫ້ຮູ້ອີກວ່າ ການອອມ ແມ່ນການທ້ອນເງິນ ຫຼື ການສະສົມເງິນ ກ່ອນທີ່ຈະນຳໄປໃຊ້ຈ່າຍເກັບທ້ອນເທື່ອລະໜ້ອຍ, ຈາກເງິນໜ້ອຍໆຈົນກາຍເປັນເງິນຈຳນວນຫຼາຍໆໄດ້.

       ໃນການລົງພາກປະຕິບັດຕົວຈິງຂອງໂຄງການຄັ້ງນີ້, ນ້ອງໆນັກສຶກສາໄດ້ຈັດແບ່ງເປັນກຸ່ມ ກຸ່ມລະ 6-7 ຄົນ/1 ຫ້ອງຮຽນ ມີທັງໝົດ 4 ຊັ້ນຮຽນ (ມ1, ມ2, ມ3 ແລະ ມ4) ເຊິ່ງກິດຈະກຳທີ່ນັກສຶກສາໄດ້ນຳມາເຜີຍແຜ່ ແມ່ນປະກອບມີ ການໃຫ້ຄວາມຮູ້ກ່ຽວກັບການອອມເງິນ, ວິທີການອອມເງິນ, ສາທິດການຈັດແບ່ງເງິນອອມ ແລະການຈົດບັນທຶກບັນຊີການອອມເງິນ. ໃນການໃຫ້ຄວາມຮູ້ແກ່ນ້ອງໆນັກຮຽນ ໃນແຕ່ລະໄລຍະ ກໍສັບປ່ຽນການຫຼີ້ນກິດຈະກໍາຕ່າງໆເຊັ່ນ: ຮ້ອງເພງ, ການເຕັ້ນ, ເກມໃບ້ຄຳ ແລະອື່ນໆ ທີ່ສ້າງຄວາມເບີກບານມ່ວນຊື່ນໃຫ້ແກ່ນ້ອໆນັກຮຽນທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ.

Saving for the Future Project

The 3^rd Saving for the Future Project is a financial project put in place by the Finance and Banking department and Economic and Business Management Faculty of National University of Laos since 2018. It is instructed by lecturers of the Finance and Banking Department, operated by the senior year’s students, and participated by sophomore to junior year students of the Finance and Banking Department. The aim of the project is to instruct and educate the targeted students to get to know about money saving practices.also it encourages Finance and Banking students to interpret their knowledge from class to teach the targeted students and encouraging the students to be volunteers for their community while developing the skills required to work in teams.

The Project has been conducted for a period of three years. The third year of the project was held between 3^rd and 4^th of July, 2020 at Sithanaxai secondary and high school at Nachik Village, Paksane District, Bolikhamxai Province. The targeted students were secondary students from year 1 to 4. The main activities of the project were to educate the students about the meaning of saving money, structure a spending budget and learn how to manage and save their funds for the future.

The project was supported by many sectors such as PTT (Laos) company, Line Magazine Art and Design, Pankhamchampa Limited Company, Lao telecom, Microfinance Association (MFA) and LALCO, and other companies amounting to an overall contribution of 49,000,000 kip.The project is definitely going to be held in the upcoming years.
