The Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) is pleased to announce that applications for the United Board Regional Scholarships for Faculty Development are now being accepted for the academic 2013-2014. The scholarship is sponsored by the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia (UBCHEA) and is intended for young faculty members who would like to pursue a master degree at the Ateneo de Manila on a full-time basis.

The scholarships will provide tuition fees for the completion of a two-year MA/MS program (Non-Thesis Track), an allowance for food, housing and books. It will also provide health insurance coverage, roundtrip airfare from country of origin and other miscellaneous travel-related expenses.

The application deadline is 18 February 2013. The successful candidates will be notified by March 2013 and will begin their program on the first semester of academic year 2013-2014 (June 10, 2013).

As part of the United Board’s new initiatives, special preference will be given to candidates applying for degrees in fields related to environment, inter-religious understanding, peace studies, or a related area.
