Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at National University of Laos.
- Strong academic performance.
- Language requirement: CEFR B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 79 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
- Cumulative GPA at sending institution: At least 2.5/4
- Demonstrated interest in international exchange and cross-cultural engagement.

- Recommendation or Support letter from the applicant’s faculty at home institution
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation letter
- Official Academic Transcript in English (issued by the applicant’s faculty at home institution)
- A proof of English language skills
- One copy of the passport
- One copy of the passport photo
