Call for Application: InteRussia fellowship in energy sector for specialists from ASEAN countries

We're excited to invite you to apply for the InteRussia fellowship in energy sector for specialists from ASEAN countries. Here’s what awaits you:

discover the best Russian practices in fuel and energy sector, nuclear power, and renewable energy;
visit government agencies, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities;
build meaningful professional connections with Russia’s top experts;
exchange experiences with a global community of specialists.

The program will take place from November 10 to December 8, 2025.

Location: St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia.

Working languages: English.

Requirements of the application process:

citizenship from ASEAN countries, residence outside of Russia;
age between 21 and 40;
relevant education and work experience in the field of economics, management, and technology in the energy sector;
proficiency in English (B2 level and above).

The organizers provide:

travel from a place of residence to the venue of the program and back;
accommodation in single rooms in St. Petersburg, and accommodation in double rooms in Moscow;
visa support;
one-time scholarship of RUB 30,000 for the whole duration of the fellowship.

The participants pay for:

medical insurance;
meals during the fellowship.

How to apply?

Sign up on the English version of the Gorchakov Fund’s website. If you did not receive a registration verification email, check your spam folder.
Go to the "My Projects" section, click on "Create application", select "InteRussia Energy ASEAN 2025" and click "Yes."
Fill in all the mandatory sections of the application form.
Click "Submit" in the "Apply" section and wait for the status to change from "Preparing" to "Submitted."

The deadline for applications is August 31, 11:59 p.m. Moscow time (UTC +3). The results of the competitive selection will be sent to all candidates via email.

Call for Application: LEADlab for Sustainable Futures: An AUN Summer Camp, Manila, Philippines

We are pleased to invite NUOL’s students to apply for LEADlab for Sustainable Futures: An AUN Summer Camp to form leaders who will shape the future, to be held this June 15-28, 2025 in Manila, Philippines.

This two-week program introduces campers to the concepts of systems thinking, futures thinking, and leading with depth to prepare them as future leaders who can address the environmental, social, and economic uncertainties of our world.

Through immersive learning sessions, cultural exchange activities, and dynamic collaboration with fellow student leaders from across ASEAN, campers will begin their journey toward becoming the best leaders they can be.

We invite application of outstanding students who meet the following eligibility criteria:

· Incoming 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students

· With no disciplinary record

· Passionate about leadership, sustainability, and international collaboration

Important Dates

Application Period: April 23, 2025 - April 29, 2025

Program Proper: June 15-28, 2025 (Arrivals on the 15th, Departures on the 28th)

Costs & Fees

Fees related to the program are waived. Campers are expected to cover:

- International airfare from your home country to Manila

- Travel insurance for the duration of the program

- Personal expenses not covered by the Program Fee (souvenirs, etc.)

1. 2. NUOL will nominate interested student(s) to the host university by April 30, 2025.

3. Further instructions will be sent to the nominated students by May 6, 2025.
