The Steering Committee Meeting of the Advancing Strategic Management, Leadership and Fundraising in Higher Education in Asia (ASTRA) project was held on the 10th-11th October 2022 in Phuket, Thailand.
After the successful meeting in Laos in July, all partners had the chance to meet again to discuss the progress of the project and the implementation plan for the next 6 months. Further discussions were made concerning the WP.2 Design and WP.3 Capacity building Phase of the project.
Special focus was given on managerial and financial issues and on project’s progress report, which needs to be submitted on October 2022. Finally, the consortium had further discussions regarding the Leadership Course for ASTRA Hubs’ Managers, which will be carried out in Florence, Italy on 7-11 November 2022 and in Athens, Greece on 12-25 November 2022.
